When to use it

Although + бүтэн өгүүлбэр · despite / in spite of + нэр үг эсвэл -ing

Араасаа заавал эзэн бие + үйл үг авч, "хэдийгээр... боловч" гэсэн утгаар хоёр эсрэг санааг холбоно.

although / even though / though + full sentence
  • Although it rained heavily all night, we went to the market. — Шөнөжин бороо орсон боловч бид зах руу явсан.
  • Even though the budget was small, the team built a great website. — Төсөв бага байсан боловч сайн вэбсайт хийсэн.
  • My phone still works well, though it is quite old. — Миний утас нэлээд хуучин боловч сайн ажилладаг.

Although-тай өгүүлбэрт but давхар хэрэглэхгүй.
